How can I book?

Online! All our bookings are now made online for your convenience!

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

You can book anytime however we recommend booking as early as possible as we operate a first come first served on confirmed bookings. Typically in the summer time we recommend booking at least 2 -3 weeks beforehand. Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

How much does it cost?

Prices vary depending on your intended use i.e. Home/Business, Charity Status & location, length of time for hire, overnight usage and delivery distance. Typically though our rates start from £50 but please call or email for a more accurate price.

What do the prices include?

All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery within Belfast*. You will also receive an electric blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and safety crash mats or metal stakes. The price also includes set up, inflation and collection. If not electric is available, generators can be supplied at additional cost.

* a small delivery charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries.

When are your bouncy castles available?

Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.

How long do I get the equipment for?

Bookings are based on a hire period for the average is 4hr hire period. However, depending on the location and number of bookings in a day, we may need to leave the castle with you longer. The castle will not be collected from you earlier than your booking times – unless you want it collected!

Our last collection time is 6pm unless you have selected a later time for which an additional fee is added or an overnight booking is made – a small additional charge will be applicable for overnight bookings as well.

Do you hire overnight?

Under certain circumstance this can be arranged, please contact us. You will be required to bring some equipment like the electric blowers indoors at the end of the night to avoid rainfall and morning dew.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No, we do not require you to pay a deposit. All payments are made on the day when we delivery. Payments can be made by cash, cheque (payable to Belfast Bounce) or credit card.*

*Credit Cards will incur a small surcharge.

What if I need to cancel?

Since we can’t control the weather, you can cancel at anytime! All we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given and we make delivery, you may incur a cancellation fee.

What if it rains?

All our kids castles come with a built in shower cover. We also provide rain covers for our electric blowers. In the event of a shower, the castle will dry out very quickly once the shower stops. This will be adequate in light showers, however in the case of persistent heavy rain, unfortunately the Bouncy Castles should not be operated due to safety reasons.

What if it is too windy?

In wing speed above 24MPH we will not put any inflatable outside - wind is actually worse than rain and unfortunately no bouncy castle company is covered for winds above this legal limit - remember, this is for the safety of your kids and those at the party.

Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?

If it is a very slight slope it may be possible, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

The bouncy castles take approximately 15 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire. Please allow for the se up and collection times when booking.

How much space is needed?

You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.

When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?

We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a standard household 240 volts mains power supply. If no power supply is available, a petrol generator can be hired at an additional cost.

Do you provide safety instructions?

Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire along with a Terms and Conditions of hire sheet to be signed by a responsible adult for each rent of an inflatable.


Disclaimer & Conditions of Hire Agreement

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this inflatable equipment and/or machines to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the equipment. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using the equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.

Keys terms of hire include:
  1. We can only deliver inflatables in the appropriate weather conditions. Heavy rain and winds above 24MPH are extreme hazardous conditions and as such, we will not be able to deliver any inflatables outdoors.
  2. Should we make delivery to your location and the inflatable does not fit OR your decide to cancel at this stage, a minimum charge of £15 will be payable for costs and time incurred by Bouncemania.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure all equipment hired from Bouncemania is returned in a clean fashion as delivered - no sweets, no face paint and strictly no silly strong to be on any equipment. A cleaning bill of £25 will be charged on collection.
  4. Cancellation charge - in the event of bad weather (high wind speeds and flood rain), we do not charge any cancellation fee. However, if no advance warning is made by you, the customer AND confirmed by Bouncemania with email confirmation sent and delivery is made by our team, then we reserve the right to invoice and charge a minimum of 50% of the hire charge, including delivery costs.
  5. Please note, ANY discount code can not be used on items with a value of less than £50, nor can they be used against existing package deals as discount is already applied to them.

Our Company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment. Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed:

1. Each item of equipment has a height restriction. Please ensure no-one over this height uses the equipment.
2. The maximum number of children / adults permitted to use each item of equipment at any one time will be communicated to you, please ensure for safety reasons this number is not exceeded at any time.
3. A responsible Adult (not under the influence of any alcohol) must supervise the inflatable at all times.
4. Persons under the use of alcohol or any intoxicant should not use the inflatable.
5. No food or drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the inflatable. (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it may incur a cleaning charge of £25.00)
6. All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the Inflatable.
7. No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Inflatable as this can discolour the castles.
8. No smoking or cooking equipment near the inflatable.
9. Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed. The walls of the inflatables are not built to be climbed on and will be damaged if attempted; leading to possible injury for the person responsible if they fall.
10. Always ensure that the Inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of Children using it. Try to avoid large and small Children from using it at the same time.
11. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a Child could easily get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off only.
12. Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the Inflatable as indeed any Child who is feeling unwell.
13. Do not allow anyone to be on the Inflatable during inflation or deflation as this is extremely DANGEROUS.
14. The Inflatable should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If no shower cover is fitted and in the event of rain, the unit should not be used.
15. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the Inflatable be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.
16. Please DO NOT allow any children around the sides or back of the inflatable – especially where the blower and electric cables are located. Bouncemania has taken every reasonable step to restrict access to these areas, but it is your responsibility to ensure no children are found close to this equipment and cables.
17. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. The blower has a safety reset button, try pressing this, also check the fuses and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, please contact Bouncemania immediately.
18. Any cost incurred to repair a damaged castle/slide will be paid in full by the person responsible for the hire (Minimum £45.00 charge)
19. Please note that all persons using this Inflatable do so at their own risk.
20. Please follow all safety instructions provided for the Slush Puppie, Popcorn and Candyfloss machines. Both machines are only to be operated by a responsible adult at all times. Do not leave either machine unattended. In the event of smoke occurring, switch of the machine and leave alone. Please call Bouncemania immediately. Bouncemania are not responsible for any damage caused by the machine when our staff are not present.
